HOW CAN WE HELP?
How do I find my photos?

Go to northsouth.live and type in your event followed by your name or your bib number.

Why are there no photos of me appearing?

This usually happens when your bib wasn’t fully visible (covered, folded, or obscured), so our auto-tagging couldn’t identify your images.

How to find them:

1. Selfie Search: Use the Selfie Search tool to surface untagged images of you.
2. Browse by time & location: Open the All Photos galleries. We pre-fill your estimated pass times for each camera position and take you straight there—use these as a guide and check roughly ±60 seconds on either side.

If you’re still stuck, contact us with your bib number and what you were wearing—we’ll help track them down.

How do I know when all of my photos have been uploaded?

You will receive an SMS message from NORTHSOUTH once we've tagged two of your photos and then again once all of your photos have been uploaded. You'll also recieve an email once all photos from the event have been uploaded.

What do I do if I have other people's photos in my gallery?

Sometimes we will tag other people's photos to your gallery if it looks like they're wearing the same bib number as you. You don't have to worry about this - just don't download those particiualr photos when you purchase your 'All Photos' pack. If you really want to however you can log in and select 'Remove photo from My Photos' and the image will be automatically removed from your gallery.

Why I can't I download my photos on my computer after I already purchased them on my phone?

This usuaully happens when you're not logged into the same account that you used to purchase your photos on your phone. Please make sure that you're logged in on your computer so that we know that you've already paid for you photos. You can log in to your account here: northsouth.live/sign-on

I forgot to enter the same day promotional code - would it be possible to be refunded the discount amount?

We'll be happy to refund you the discount amount as long as you email us on the same day as the event. Please email support@northsouth.co and quote your invoice number so that we can organise a refund of the discount amount ASAP.

Can I purchase photos from more than 12 months ago?

Unfortunately we only keep photos on our servers for 12 months since we believe this gives our participants ample time to purchase their photos..

Why do you want my email address?

We send an automatic email to confirm your order and another when it has been fulfilled. It has a link to your images and your invoice attached.

How is photo pricing set?

Each race is a full production. Your purchase covers professional sports photographers on course, state-of-the-art cameras and lenses, same-day editing, AI bib recognition, live delivery infrastructure, secure storage, customer support, and a revenue share back to the event. You’re getting premium, high-resolution images delivered within hours, shot and finished specifically for you.

How can I remove my photos from your website?

We respect privacy and will honour removal requests.

Step 1 — Email us: Write to support@northsouth.co with the subject “Photo Removal Request.”

Step 2 — Include details:
Your full name and bib number
Event name and event date
A link to your gallery (if available)

What we do:
Remove your images and personal information from public galleries and search on NORTHSOUTH
Suppress future matches to your face/bib for that event
Stop any further promotional use by us for those images

Note: We can only remove content from our own platform. If images were saved or shared elsewhere (e.g., social media), you’ll need to request removal directly from those services.
